Challenge
Alter Solutions supports and reinforces Santander's internal skills on several levels:
- Digital transformation: the goal is to transform traditional business processes into more efficient and innovative digital solutions;
- Software development: the goal is to increase the bank’s development capacity and accelerate the time-to-market of new solutions;
- Data analysis: the goal is to extract valuable information in order to improve the customer experience, personalise products and services, reduce costs and identify new business opportunities;
- Project management: the goal is to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, enabling teams to work in a more efficient and collaborative way;
- Testing and systems administration: the goal is to ensure the quality of Santander's IT solutions and the security of its infrastructure.
Solution
For each of the challenges and goals presented above, Alter Solutions provides the following solutions:
- Digital transformation: we contribute with our expertise in emerging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Agile Coach or Scrum Master, to help the bank modernise its processes, improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency;
