Solution

Reinforcement of the client's internal team with around 50 consultants of Alter Solutions Portugal, divided into product and project teams among the BNP Paribas group companies (BNP Paribas, Securities Services, SLIB, Cetelem).

Within this group of 50 consultants we were able to gather skills in several areas, including Programming and Software Development, Analytics, Project Management, Testing, Functional Analysis and Systems Administration.
